Job Responsibilities:

✦   Operate, improve, and expand Salesforce implementation used to manage workflow operations.

✦   Provide consultative guidance and design overall solutions based on Salesforce and industry best practices.

✦   Be accountable for technical solution and implementation from commencement through completion of projects.

✦   Establish and support best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall technical health of the platform.

✦   Guide multiple development teams to deliver Salesforce platform solutions and implement best practices.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and development teams.

✦   Participate in solution architecture planning sessions supported by detailed artifacts.

✦   Perform configuration and/or development on the platform when required.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years experience on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including flows, validation rules, and security controls.

✦   Ability to test and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce flows and Apex.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

✦   Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.

✦   Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✦   Ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment.

✦   Salesforce Certified (Administrator required).

✦   Proficient in Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

✦   Experience documenting user stories and creating process flow diagrams.

✦   Experience in full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

✦   Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements.

✦   Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.

✦   Experience working with integrations team to support requirements and testing.

✦   Experience supporting Certinia (FinancialForce) application.

✦   Experience supporting CPQ or Services CPQ.

✦   Additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
