Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and continuously improve client platforms using Salesforce.

✦   Research and implement new technology solutions following best practices.

✦   Ensure resiliency and availability of products.

✦   Participate in discovery, design, and refinement workshops with stakeholders.

✦   Analyze and document business requirements for Consumer Goods Cloud use cases.

✦   Define functional specifications aligned with Salesforce best practices.

✦   Configure Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud including data model, workflows, permissions, and automation.

✦   Collaborate with developers and architects on Apex, Flows, validations, and integrations.

✦   Support data migration, data quality initiatives, and testing activities including UAT.

✦   Assist in deployment planning and execution.

✦   Work within Agile or Scrum methodologies.

✦   Support estimation, solution sizing, and backlog refinement.

✦   Participate in project governance and stakeholder communication.

✦   Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   5 to 10 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Hands-on experience or exposure to Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools such as Flows and Approval Processes.

✦   Experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail, or related industries.

✦   Understanding of field sales processes, retail execution, promotions, and analytics.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce customization and integration patterns.

✦   Experience with data models, data migration, and reporting.

✦   Exposure to mobile solutions is a plus.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

✦   Fluency in English.
