Job Responsibilities:
✦ Engage with clients to understand business challenges and objectives, applying a consultative selling approach to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions.
✦ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital strategies, integrating insights into client solutions.
✦ Partner with the SVP of Sales to forecast and model team performance using data-driven insights.
✦ Collaborate with alliances and Salesforce channels to design and execute Go-To-Market strategies.
✦ Assess sales activities, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of experience in sales and/or alliances within Salesforce Services.
✦ 7+ years in enterprise technology and channel ecosystem with a track record in Solution Integration (SI) sales.
✦ Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
✦ Proven ability in managing relationships, business development, and sales pipeline.
✦ Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
✦ Collaborative and proactive team player.
✦ Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
