Job Responsibilities:

✦   Contribute to proposal development.

✦   Provide directions and solutions for delivery code red, design and architecture development.

✦   Ensure visibility and brand building through competence development programs and participation in partner led and other events.

✦   Conceptualize and lead assets and accelerators development to get an edge over competitors.

✦   Ensure that specializations and certifications are acquired in order to maintain and advance partnership levels and capabilities.

Job Requirements:

✦   10 – 12 years of total experience in CRM solutions with 8+ years in Salesforce.

✦   Well experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, good to have understanding of Communications Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.

✦   Highly skilled in Aura, LWC, process builders, Flows, Apex, triggers, Salesforce integrations, Omni Studio development.

✦   Experience in DevOps and release management is preferred.

✦   Minimum of 6x certifications in Salesforce including application architect certification.

✦   Strong experience with community building initiatives.

✦   Well experienced in technical solution development for customer proposals.

✦   Awareness of new Salesforce products and features.
