Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage Business Manager settings including site preferences, roles & permissions, jobs, and replication.

✦   Support merchandising and content teams with catalog updates, promotions, pricing, and inventory.

✦   Maintain SFCC sandbox environments, instances, and allocations.

✦   Maintain third-party system settings including CDN, bot prevention, monitoring tools, and analytics platforms.

✦   Execute deployments, code replications, and data movement across environments.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve SFCC platform issues with engineering and support teams.

✦   Maintain documentation for platform configuration, deployment workflows, and governance.

✦   Partner with security, privacy, and infrastructure teams to ensure standards compliance.

✦   Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for SFCC deployments.

✦   Implement automation to improve deployment velocity, reliability, and quality.

✦   Lead platform observability, monitoring, and incident resolution.

✦   Define and enforce DevOps and security best practices for releases.

✦   Collaborate with development and QA teams for smooth releases.

✦   Drive continuous improvement and DevOps culture.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience administering Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C).

✦   Hands-on experience with Business Manager, jobs, replication, users/roles, and site preferences.

✦   Strong knowledge of SFCC cartridge architecture and deployment frameworks.

✦   Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

✦   Expertise in Git and version control branching strategies.

✦   Familiarity with APIs, OCAPI, SCAPI, and SFCC integrations.

✦   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

✦   Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

✦   Ability to work in Agile environments.

✦   SFCC certification (Admin or B2C Developer) preferred.

✦   Experience in eCommerce/retail environments preferred.

✦   Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Elastic) preferred.
