Job Responsibilities:
✦ Provide technical support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud-related issues.
✦ Diagnose and troubleshoot production and platform issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
✦ Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex technical problems.
✦ Log, track, and manage support tickets using ticketing systems.
✦ Prioritize issues based on severity and business impact.
✦ Communicate issue status and resolution updates to stakeholders.
✦ Assist in configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of Salesforce Commerce platform.
✦ Perform routine updates, patches, and enhancements for platform stability.
✦ Maintain documentation of technical issues, solutions, and best practices.
✦ Support end-of-month (EOM) and weekend extended support activities.
✦ Create user guides and training materials for end-users.
✦ Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams for enhancements and improvements.
✦ Participate in meetings for issue tracking, releases, and improvement planning.
✦ Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality and user experience.
Job Requirements:
✦ 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and production support processes.
✦ Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing L2/L3 support.
✦ Knowledge of ticketing systems for issue tracking and management.
✦ Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers and QA.
✦ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✦ Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Experience with platform monitoring, maintenance, and enhancements.
✦ Ability to work in EOM and weekend support schedules.
✦ B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field preferred.
