Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Headless architecture).

✦   Implement and support headless commerce solutions using APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI).

✦   Develop and maintain integrations with OMS, ERP, payment gateways, and third-party systems.

✦   Build and enhance REST-based services and middleware integrations.

✦   Lead backend development for order lifecycle, promotions, catalog, pricing, and checkout flows.

✦   Implement custom cartridges, controllers, hooks, and job frameworks.

✦   Optimize performance across storefront and API layers.

✦   Collaborate with frontend teams for headless storefront integrations.

✦   Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.

✦   Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues and provide RCA.

✦   Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Architects, Integration).

Job Requirements:

✦   5–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

✦   Strong understanding of SFCC architecture, Business Manager, and order lifecycle.

✦   Proven experience in headless commerce implementations.

✦   Hands-on experience with OCAPI, SCAPI, and custom APIs.

✦   Strong experience integrating third-party systems (OMS, ERP, payment gateways, etc.).

✦   Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), ISML, controllers, and cartridge architecture.

✦   Experience with REST APIs and middleware integrations.

✦   Strong understanding of checkout customization and promotions engine.

✦   Experience with CI/CD and Git.

✦   Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
