Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work on Salesforce Vlocity (Comms Cloud) implementations across industries including Communications & Media, Insurance, Energy, and Public Sector.

✦   Develop using Vlocity OmniStudio tools such as Cards Framework, OmniScripts, and DataRaptor.

✦   Participate in full implementation cycles and support migration from legacy systems/CRM to Vlocity/Salesforce.

✦   Design and develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, SOAP, and REST.

✦   Collaborate on solution design and technical delivery for Salesforce Communications Cloud projects.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) development.

✦   At least one full implementation cycle in Vlocity/Industries Cloud.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Cards Framework, OmniScripts, and DataRaptor.

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, XML/JSON, SOAP, and REST APIs.

✦   Experience in migration from legacy CRM systems to Salesforce/Vlocity.

✦   OmniStudio Developer Certification required.

✦   OmniStudio Certification is good to have.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce Communications Cloud.
