Job Responsibilities:
✦ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
✦ Design functional solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
✦ Configure communities including templates & themes, user roles, profiles & permissions, and page layouts & navigation.
✦ Define customer and partner portal journeys.
✦ Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
✦ Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
✦ Ensure best practices in usability, performance, and security.
Job Requirements:
✦ Hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
✦ Strong understanding of community setup & configuration, sharing & visibility rules, case management & knowledge base.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
✦ Excellent business analysis & stakeholder management skills.
✦ Strong communication skills.
✦ Preferred: Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification, knowledge of CPQ or Service processes, basic understanding of Lightning components (LWC/Aura), Agile/Scrum experience.
