Job Responsibilities:

✦   Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Configure and customize Salesforce Clouds. Design and implement workflows, validation rules, and automation using Flows and Process Builder. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams. Perform data migration, data cleansing, and integration activities. Support deployments and manage release processes. Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and user training. Work with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or implementation. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience. Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with data tools such as Data Loader, reports, and dashboards. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
