Job Responsibilities:

✦   Working with SFDC Sales Cloud or Force.com in application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com.

✦   Experience leading or managing a work stream on enterprise implementations.

✦   Act as both a functional and technical architect for Salesforce deployments.

✦   Work with web services (SOAP/REST) and related technologies (XML/JSON).

✦   Handle system integration tasks.

✦   Work in Salesforce Lightning environment.

✦   Debug and resolve custom components including integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex call out, and outbound messaging.

✦   Act as end-to-end implementation consultant for clients using design thinking and agile techniques.

✦   Provide sales support including acting as a subject matter expert and configuring systems for client demos.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product center of excellence and product development teams.

✦   Apply strong problem solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Job Requirements:

✦   6 to 9 years of related experience in Salesforce.

✦   Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.

✦   Experience with Service Cloud and Communities.

✦   Strong technical foundation with structured programming including APEX, LWC, Flows, and Force.com.

✦   Ability to work as a good team member.

✦   Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and technologies such as XML/JSON.
