Job Responsibilities:
✦ Work with customers to define requirements, propose and deliver solutions.
✦ Architect and build implementations of Service Cloud and Field Service.
✦ Configure Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools such as Process Builder and Visual Flows.
✦ Understand and leverage Salesforce platform to implement scalable solutions.
✦ Partner with Artificial Intelligence teams to create innovative Salesforce solutions.
✦ Acquire new technical expertise and understand latest Salesforce features and releases.
✦ Work on end-to-end implementation including design, development, QA, and deployment of solutions.
Job Requirements:
✦ 2+ years project experience in a hands-on position.
✦ 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in development or configuration capacity.
✦ Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service business operations.
✦ Experience with complex use cases using Salesforce platform capabilities.
✦ Hands-on experience with custom applications, Lightning Experience, Field Service Mobile App extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement processes.
✦ Understanding of release management, application lifecycle management, development lifecycle, and deployment best practices.
✦ Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project management, discovery, design, and solution delivery.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience preferred.
✦ Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud or Field Service Consultant are a plus.
