Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

✦   Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

✦   Design and configure solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Collaborate with developers for customizations including Apex, Lightning, and integrations.

✦   Drive data migration, integration, and system optimization initiatives.

✦   Ensure best practices in security, governance, and scalability.

✦   Support UAT, training, and post-implementation support.

✦   Work with cross-functional teams to align CRM with business goals.

Job Requirements:

✦   15+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and delivery.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Experience with Lightning Experience and Flow automation.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration.

✦   Strong understanding of data modeling and governance.

✦   Hands-on exposure to Apex, Visualforce, and LWC preferred.

✦   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and Platform App Builder preferred.

✦   Consultant certifications in Sales or Service Cloud preferred.
