Job Responsibilities:
✦ Serve as the day-to-day leader for SFMC-centric initiatives focusing on campaign administration, strategy, and execution.
✦ Partner with marketing, engineering, data, and design teams to create, test, and deploy display advertising campaigns using SFMC Personalization.
✦ Guide optimization of campaigns powered by SFMC Journey Builder for email and push channels.
✦ Work with SFMC engineers to build campaign templates and expand platform capabilities.
✦ Own Jira board activities and technical specifications to ensure smooth campaign launches.
✦ Manage communication intake and stakeholder alignment with marketing teams.
✦ Act as platform expert for SFMC Personalization and drive targeted customer journeys.
✦ Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to define required data attributes.
Job Requirements:
✦ Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), especially SFMC Personalization.
✦ Deep familiarity with SFMC Journey Builder for email and push campaigns.
✦ SFMC Administrator certification highly preferred.
✦ Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical teams.
✦ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✦ Experience working in marketing and campaign execution environments.
