Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud with scalability, performance, security, and maintainability in mind.

✦   Apply Salesforce architecture best practices, design patterns, and platform capabilities to meet business and technical requirements.

✦   Develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.

✦   Build and maintain Experience Cloud portals for customers, partners, or external users.

✦   Implement Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and digital engagement channels.

✦   Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud omnichannel solutions integrated with Genesys Cloud, supporting voice and digital channels.

✦   Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.

✦   Own technical delivery end-to-end including design documentation, development, testing, deployment, and support.

✦   Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices using Salesforce DX and version control.

✦   Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders and operate independently.

✦   Ability to manage user stories, defects, and tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

✦   Experience developing solutions using Experience Cloud.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce security, and data modeling.

✦   Proven experience delivering system integrations using APIs and event-driven patterns.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and own delivery from design through production.

✦   Experience with Voice, CTI, or Contact Center integrations in Salesforce Service Cloud.

✦   Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, or Cloud Run.

✦   Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein or Agentforce concepts.

✦   Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

✦   Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I.

✦   Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud certifications are a plus.

✦   Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer (nice to have).

✦   Bachelor’s degree.
