Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to improve user experience.

✦   Analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

✦   Mentor junior developers and support their skill development.

✦   Maintain high standards in deliverables and client interactions.

✦   Refine Apex code for performance and efficiency.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

✦   Develop Lightning Web Components to meet business needs.

✦   Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s Degree required.

✦   Minimum 4 years of experience required.

✦   Oral and written proficiency in English required.

✦   Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.

✦   Experience with Salesforce cloud offerings preferred.

✦   Knowledge of integration with middleware platforms preferred.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Shield or other security tools preferred.
