Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to improve user experience.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

✦   Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business needs.

✦   Refine Apex code for performance and maintainability.

✦   Maintain compliance with Salesforce development standards and guidelines.

✦   Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

✦   Maintain high standards in deliverables and client interactions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree required.

✦   4 years of Salesforce experience required.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.

✦   JavaScript development skills preferred.

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

✦   Experience with Salesforce cloud offerings preferred.

✦   Knowledge of middleware integration platforms preferred.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Shield or security tools is a plus.

✦   Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce development best practices.

✦   Good communication skills in English required.
