Job Responsibilities:
✦ Partner with stakeholders to analyze and enhance employee productivity and end-user effectiveness with focus on customer experience improvement.
✦ Collect, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for projects, enhancements, and production issues.
✦ Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions including complex product bundles, price rules, validation rules, approval rules, and document templates.
✦ Define and implement system enhancements aligned with business goals and recommend process improvements.
✦ Work with technical teams to design solutions considering upstream and downstream impacts.
✦ Develop test cases and perform unit and integration testing.
✦ Create and deliver end-user training materials.
✦ Research and resolve production issues and escalate when necessary.
✦ Perform Salesforce and Force.com application configuration.
✦ Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
✦ Stay updated with industry trends and recommend continuous improvements.
Job Requirements:
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification required.
✦ Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
✦ Minimum 2 years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
✦ 2–4 years of experience as a business analyst or related role.
✦ Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ administration including user management, configuration, and maintenance.
✦ Experience with Conga is a plus.
✦ Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and SOQL.
✦ Experience in creating and executing test plans.
✦ Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✦ Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies preferred.
✦ Understanding of business operations processes; healthcare domain exposure is beneficial.
