Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, understand, and enhance productivity and end-user effectiveness.

✦   Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for projects and enhancements.

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions including product bundles, price rules, validation rules, approval rules, and document templates.

✦   Define and implement system enhancements aligned with business goals.

✦   Work with technical teams to design solutions considering upstream and downstream impacts.

✦   Develop test cases and perform unit and integration testing.

✦   Create and maintain documentation including requirements, functional specifications, user manuals, and JIRA stories.

✦   Develop and deliver end-user training materials.

✦   Research and resolve production issues and escalate when necessary.

✦   Perform Salesforce configuration and administration tasks.

✦   Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

✦   Continuously improve processes and recommend system enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   2+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience required.

✦   2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification required.

✦   Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.

✦   Experience in Salesforce CPQ administration including configuration and maintenance.

✦   Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SOQL.

✦   Experience creating and executing test plans.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies preferred.

✦   Knowledge of Conga is a plus.

✦   Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
