Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor's degree.

✦   12 years of overall IT experience.

✦   8 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.

✦   Experience in multiple end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations.

✦   Deep understanding of subscription, usage-based, and hybrid revenue models.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Financial systems.

✦   Expertise in Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.

✦   Proven experience managing enterprise-scale programs.

✦   Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

✦   Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.

✦   Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds.

✦   Experience mentoring architects, consultants, and developers.

✦   Ability to lead inclusive, continuous improvement-focused teams.
