Job Responsibilities:
✦ Configure product catalog, bundles, options, attributes, pricing rules, discounting models, promotions, approval workflows, and guided selling in Conga/Apttus CPQ.
✦ Build custom logic using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and/or C# where configuration is insufficient.
✦ Integrate CPQ with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ERP, Billing, CLM, external pricing and tax engines, and e-signature tools via REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware.
✦ Drive testing and releases including unit, SIT, and UAT, manage CI/CD tools, and deliver production support within SLAs.
✦ Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and training materials.
Job Requirements:
✦ Hands-on Conga/Apttus CPQ experience including callbacks, pricing rules, workflows, guided selling, cart and quote behaviors, and product and billing configuration
✦ Strong Salesforce platform knowledge including data model, flows, automation, declarative configuration, Apex, SOQL, LWC and/or C#
✦ Proven API integration experience using REST/SOAP and exposure to platform events and middleware
✦ Experience integrating with ERP, Billing, CLM, and tax or pricing engines and familiarity with DocuSign or Adobe Sign
✦ Testing, release, and DevOps proficiency including SIT, UAT, Jenkins, Git, Copado, and Gearset
✦ Strong collaboration skills for requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation
✦ Experience with Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform, Conga CLM, and document generation is a plus
✦ Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps best practices
✦ Typically 2–8+ years in Salesforce development including 1–5+ years with Conga CPQ
✦ Conga/Apttus CPQ Certification and Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certifications preferred
