Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and maintain complex configurations within Salesforce CPQ including Product Bundles, Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, and Advanced Approvals.

✦   Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and Zuora, including Zuora CPQ/360 sync processes.

✦   Build and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations and resolve data sync issues.

✦   Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Create and maintain Quote Calculator Plugins (QCP) using JavaScript.

✦   Manage and configure Zuora platform components including product catalog, subscription lifecycle, billing, and payment gateways.

✦   Perform deep debugging using logs and troubleshoot system issues across Salesforce and Zuora environments.

✦   Handle sandbox management, deployments, and CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce CLI.

✦   Support production releases and ensure stability of the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong focus on Salesforce CPQ.

✦   Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing / Zuora CPQ / Zuora 360.

✦   Strong programming experience in Apex, LWC, JavaScript (QCP), and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Experience building and debugging API integrations (REST/SOAP).

✦   Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.

✦   Experience with subscription billing models and revenue operations systems.

✦   Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze logs and resolve complex issues.

✦   Experience with deployment tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce CLI.

✦   Salesforce CPQ Certification is a plus.

✦   Zuora Certification is a plus.

✦   Experience in high-growth SaaS environments is a plus.
