Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own and resolve JIRA tickets (APP & RCA) end-to-end.

✦   Participate in daily scrum calls (status updates, blockers, collaboration).

✦   Work on CPQ enhancements, bug fixes, and optimizations.

✦   Maintain clear documentation for all activities performed.

✦   Interact with Team Leads, Release Manager, and Business Stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

✦   5-8 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Strong Salesforce CPQ development and admin experience.

✦   Understanding of Quote-to-Revenue lifecycle.

✦   Experience with Billing, CLM, ERP integrations.

✦   Knowledge of SDLC, SOX Compliance (ITGC & ITAC).

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
