Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, including pricing, quoting, and product configurations.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into Salesforce CPQ solutions.

✦   Perform code review and optimization on Apex and LWC.

✦   Improve end-user experience across quoting, billing, invoicing, and subscription management processes.

✦   Develop operational excellence across development, data cleanliness, privacy, security, tracking, and reporting.

✦   Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.

✦   Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance within Salesforce CPQ.

✦   Work with sales, operations, and other teams to implement CPQ solutions aligned with business processes.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation for CPQ configurations.

✦   Provide training to end users and support teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ, configurations, web services, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ features, pricing rules, product bundles, discount schedules, and quote templates.

✦   Experience with Salesforce configuration including flows, validation rules, and approval processes.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch, scheduled Apex, and CPQ plugins.

✦   Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (mandatory).

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).

✦   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
