Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements.

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ including Product Rules, Price Rules, Approval Processes, Quote Templates, and Product Bundles.

✦   Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Perform Salesforce administration activities such as user management, profiles, permission sets, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ and Sales Cloud-related issues.

✦   Participate in system enhancements, integrations, deployments, and testing activities.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   5–9 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.

✦   Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud.

✦   Experience with Apex Development.

✦   Basic to intermediate experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience in Salesforce Administration activities.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and automation tools.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Salesforce CPQ Certification is a plus.

✦   Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer Certification is preferred.

✦   Experience working in Agile development environments.
