Job Responsibilities:

✦   Gather and document business requirements, define scope, and perform gap analysis.

✦   Act as a bridge between business strategy/workstreams and technical/delivery teams.

✦   Translate business needs into functional Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with strategy.

✦   Drive user adoption of Salesforce through training and support.

✦   Develop test plans, execute system integration testing, and support UAT.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT teams, and leadership.

✦   Track and report project status using Jira.

✦   Define user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and backlog structure.

✦   Identify impacts on downstream systems such as billing, provisioning, and revenue recognition.

✦   Support design and release of new product features in Agile environments.

✦   Participate in industry and technical working groups and seminars.

Job Requirements:

✦   5–8 years of experience in Salesforce implementation or similar IT systems.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, pricing, quoting, contracts, approvals, and order management.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities.

✦   Strong analytical skills for complex business processes and data.

✦   Experience with relational databases, CPQ, Billing, CLM, ERP systems, and integrations.

✦   Knowledge of ETL tools and system integration concepts.

✦   Strong understanding of SDLC, SOX compliance, IT general controls, and application controls.

✦   Experience in Agile methodology preferred.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to manage timelines, risks, and project reporting effectively.
