Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, prototype, build, document, and support Salesforce solutions across CPQ, L2O, Order Management, Fulfillment, or Billing domains.

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

✦   Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, and APIs.

✦   Implement and maintain integrations with external systems.

✦   Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow, Workflow Rules, and other automation tools.

✦   Create and manage CPQ configurations including product setup, pricing, discounting, and approvals.

✦   Develop reusable components and frameworks.

✦   Maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.

✦   Provide L2/L3 production support including troubleshooting issues and performance bottlenecks.

✦   Monitor system health, integrations, and batch jobs.

✦   Support release deployments, hotfixes, and patch management.

✦   Collaborate with business users to resolve functional issues.

✦   Maintain data integrity and perform data fixes.

✦   Participate in on-call support rotation.

✦   Perform system administration activities including user management, security, workflows, and data configuration.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

✦   Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

✦   Drive continuous improvement and recommend enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Strong expertise in CPQ, L2O, Order Management, Fulfillment, or Salesforce Billing.

✦   1-2+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.

✦   Experience with Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods).

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura Components.

✦   Experience with Visualforce pages and controllers.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

✦   Strong unit testing practices.

✦   Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Experience with data migration and bulk operations.

✦   Integration experience with ERP systems preferred.

✦   Familiarity with middleware tools.

✦   Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Copado, ANT, Metadata API).

✦   Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

✦   Salesforce certifications preferred including Administrator, Platform Developer I, CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, and JavaScript Developer I.

✦   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
