Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions across product modeling, pricing, quoting, approvals, amendments, and renewals.

✦   Configure and enhance CPQ capabilities including product rules, price rules, bundles, product options, quote templates, discounting, and approval workflows.

✦   Partner with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Deal Desk to understand requirements and deliver scalable business solutions.

✦   Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, and platform APIs.

✦   Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, billing, payment, and contract systems.

✦   Participate in technical design, sprint planning, testing, code reviews, release management, and deployments.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve issues across CPQ configuration, pricing logic, automation, integrations, and performance.

✦   Support documentation, UAT, regression testing, and user enablement activities.

✦   Ensure solutions follow security, data governance, and Salesforce best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

✦   6+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on expertise.

✦   Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and Salesforce CPQ workflows.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Experience with product modeling, pricing rules, quoting workflows, approvals, amendments, and renewals.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems such as ERP and billing platforms.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, version control, and Salesforce release processes.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data governance best practices.

✦   Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications required.

✦   Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
