Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage implementation and enhancements support for Salesforce CRM and CPQ. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish scope and requirements for enhancements. Design and build solutions on Salesforce CPQ. Perform code review and code optimization on Apex. Create technical design from functional requirements. Troubleshoot issues with debugging skills. Perform impact analysis. Upgrade knowledge with each release and follow best industry practices and standards while providing IT solutions. Perform software unit testing before delivering to users.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of work experience in Salesforce. Salesforce Developer, Admin, and Sales or Service Cloud Certification is required. Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is preferred. Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and integration patterns.
