Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage and optimize CPQ solutions within the Salesforce platform.

✦   Lead requirements gathering workshops and develop use cases.

✦   Identify gaps between current and desired business states.

✦   Write and maintain functional documentation and translate into technical requirements.

✦   Validate functional and technical designs.

✦   Manage technical design, delivery, and testing of integrations and custom extensions.

✦   Provide expert guidance to developers on technical issues.

✦   Configure and customize applications to meet business requirements.

✦   Collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver best practice solutions.

✦   Assist with vendor assessments for new and existing projects.

Job Requirements:

✦   1+ years of cloud-based experience.

✦   1+ years of CRM implementation experience in development and functional or technical roles.

✦   1+ years of CPQ implementation experience.

✦   Prior experience with Salesforce platform.

✦   Experience with CloudSense CPQ.

✦   Experience with Apttus or Salesforce CPQ is preferred.

✦   Knowledge of business process design and Six Sigma principles.

✦   Experience working on software project implementations related to CPQ.
