Job Responsibilities:

✦   Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Forecasting, Territory Management, Campaign Management, Pipeline Visibility, and Reporting.

✦   Design and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution design, and feasibility analysis.

✦   Configure Salesforce CPQ including product bundles, product features, quote templates, quote line editor, product rules, price rules, lookup queries, and lookup tables.

✦   Implement dynamic pricing, automated quote creation, discounting, pricing rules, and quote approval workflows.

✦   Develop and maintain Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) solutions.

✦   Integrate CPQ with Sales Cloud to improve quoting accuracy and sales cycle efficiency.

✦   Implement contract generation and quote-to-contract workflows including Conga Composer and Conga Sign integrations.

✦   Work with CPQ APIs, REST APIs, and Platform Events for integrations and automation.

✦   Develop Apex classes, triggers, test classes, Lightning Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Force.com APIs.

✦   Develop Lightning components using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC) with controllers, events, and custom CSS.

✦   Implement Salesforce customization including custom objects, workflows, process builder, flows, roles, profiles, sharing rules, validation rules, and page layouts.

✦   Perform deployment lifecycle management using Copado and Change Sets.

✦   Use Apex Data Loader and ETL tools for data migration and cleansing.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and best coding practices.

✦   Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce CPQ and platform issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce.com experience.

✦   Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development.

✦   Experience in Sales Cloud implementation and optimization.

✦   Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Test Classes, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and APIs.

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura components.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture and configuration.

✦   Experience with REST APIs and Platform Events.

✦   Knowledge of deployment tools like Copado and Change Sets.

✦   Experience with ETL tools and data migration processes.

✦   Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
