Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze client needs and implement tailored Salesforce solutions to meet strategic objectives.

✦   Develop training materials and provide support for Salesforce application adoption and integration.

✦   Manage project architecture and budgeting to ensure successful delivery.

✦   Guide teams in business process modeling and enterprise integration for system performance improvement.

✦   Utilize Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to deliver technology solutions.

✦   Coach and mentor team members to support professional development and performance.

✦   Validate project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

✦   Address stakeholder issues and manage project conflicts effectively.

✦   Promote innovation and adoption of emerging technologies in Salesforce delivery.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree required.

✦   Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce or related consulting roles.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Administration and Lightning required.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Experience managing client projects and leading teams.

✦   Ability to develop training materials and support end-user adoption.

✦   Experience in business process modeling and enterprise integration.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
