Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze client challenges to develop Quote-to-Cash solutions.

✦   Mentor and guide junior team members.

✦   Maintain high standards of quality in project execution.

✦   Collaborate with clients to understand business needs.

✦   Leverage Salesforce and related technologies to improve consulting outcomes.

✦   Contribute to process improvements within the consulting team.

✦   Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.

✦   Support delivery of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree required.

✦   At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Quote-to-Cash, Billing, ERP, or related solutions.

✦   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs.

✦   Exposure to journey mapping, design thinking, or OKR frameworks preferred.

✦   Conga, Zuora, or Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification preferred.

✦   Master’s degree in related field is a plus.
