Salesforce (CPQ & Sales Cloud) Lead Developer
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Highly experienced in administration and application development using Salesforce.com, proficient in both technical and functional aspects of the Salesforce CRM platform.

✦   Deliver end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects.

✦   Implement Sales Cloud functionalities including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Forecasting, Territory Management, Campaign Management, and Pipeline Visibility.

✦   Design and optimize sales processes using Sales Cloud best practices.

✦   Work on CPQ configuration for product bundles, discounting, pricing rules, quote generation, and approval workflows.

✦   Integrate CPQ with Sales Cloud to improve quoting accuracy and sales cycle efficiency.

✦   Develop triggers, Apex classes, test classes, Lightning flows, and use Force.com API, SOQL, and SOSL.

✦   Customize Salesforce using custom objects, workflows, process builder, flows, roles, profiles, sharing rules, validation rules, and page layouts.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce Governor Limits and optimize code performance.

✦   Perform integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs.

✦   Develop Salesforce Lightning applications using Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Work with sales analytics and dashboards.

✦   Manage deployment lifecycle using Copado and Change Sets.

✦   Perform data migration and data cleansing using Apex Data Loader and ETL tools.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com projects.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce administration and development.

✦   Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud functionalities.

✦   Exposure to Salesforce CPQ configuration and integration with Sales Cloud.

✦   Experience in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning components, and flows.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization and security model.

✦   Experience with REST API integrations.

✦   Experience with deployment tools such as Copado and Change Sets.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices.

✦   Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer are preferred.
