Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead CPQ-related initiatives for New Product Introduction (NPI), continuous improvement, and transformation programs.

✦   Ensure configure-price-quote processes are simple, fast, accurate, and aligned with best practices.

✦   Drive requirements for CPQ user stories based on inputs from Product Management and Pricing teams.

✦   Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure timely execution of NPI processes.

✦   Design and prototype CPQ solutions before handing over to development teams.

✦   Create data mockups and align them with cross-functional teams.

✦   Support incident escalation, root cause analysis, and solution validation.

✦   Prepare data grooms for backfills and data fixes.

✦   Document solutions and contribute to release notes.

✦   Provide CPQ subject matter expertise across Order Management, Revenue Recognition, and Analytics teams.

✦   Run ad hoc reporting to support data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ in complex global environments.

✦   Strong stakeholder management skills in NPI processes.

✦   Experience working with IT, Product, Finance, Order Management, and end users.

✦   Proficiency in Excel, SOQL, and SQL.

✦   Basic understanding of ERP systems.

✦   Experience with Logik.io or similar advanced configurator preferred.

✦   Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.

✦   Ability to manage large CPQ datasets and reference data.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

✦   Understanding of Oracle Order Management, Product Data Hub, and subscription systems is a plus.

✦   Experience using Jira and ServiceNow.

✦   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to work across cross-functional global teams.

✦   Experience with Logik.io is highly preferred. Candidates without Logik.io experience should have CPQ plus JavaScript and Apex/Visualforce knowledge to quickly adapt.
