Salesforce CRM Lead
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Gather and analyze business requirements across Sales, Service, and Marketing domains.

✦   Translate business requirements into functional specifications including BRD and FRD.

✦   Work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce CRM solutions.

✦   Support end-to-end CRM implementation and enhancement projects.

✦   Ensure alignment between business needs and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM domain.

✦   Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

✦   Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

✦   Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer lifecycle.

✦   Experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.

✦   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
