Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage large Salesforce software implementations from initiation to completion.

✦   Develop and manage project scope, timeline, procurement, resourcing, and execution.

✦   Drive delivery ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness of deliverables.

✦   Lead change management across multiple business units.

✦   Monitor vendor and internal team performance against KPIs.

✦   Create project scorecards and track project health.

✦   Manage risks, issues, decisions, actions, and changes (RIDAC).

✦   Oversee project change control and mitigation planning.

✦   Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure proper resource engagement.

✦   Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness.

✦   Identify process improvements and implement continuous improvements.

✦   Ensure operational readiness before project launch and closure.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience managing large software projects, preferably Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.

✦   Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.

✦   Experience managing third-party vendors or consultants.

✦   Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.

✦   Strong communication and presentation skills.

✦   Leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or ServiceNow.

✦   PMP certification preferred.

✦   Salesforce certification preferred.

✦   Experience with enterprise-scale projects ($3M+, 6+ months, cross-functional teams).
