Salesforce CRM Technical Analyst
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning Experience.

✦   Develop Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled), validation rules, approval processes.

✦   Develop Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable) and SOQL/SOSL as needed.

✦   Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI and extensions.

✦   Support end-to-end Sales Cloud processes including Accounts & Contacts, lead management and conversion, and opportunity lifecycle.

✦   Design, implement, and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

✦   Lead and support data migration, conversion, synchronization, and data quality management.

✦   Manage Salesforce administration activities including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security model design.

✦   Design and maintain reports and dashboards for analytics and KPIs.

✦   Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and participate in release management and deployments.

Job Requirements:

✦   5–7 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a technical or techno-functional role.

✦   Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration, Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms.

✦   Experience with data migration, data quality management, and system integrations.

✦   Strong understanding of CRM architecture and Sales Cloud data model.

✦   Ability to work with architects, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.

✦   Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

✦   Hands-on integration experience with Oracle ERP & HCM, Deltek (Vantagepoint/Vision), and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365.

✦   Preferred: Experience in AEC or project-based industries, Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or higher.
