Job Responsibilities:
✦ Collaborate with account team, partner teams, and partners to understand the goals, vision, and solution of the customer.
✦ Capture baseline business metrics for future articulation of business value and success.
✦ Identify roadblocks to meeting project deadlines and proactively engage internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
✦ Help customers with enablement framework prior to go-live, including training, resources, and support.
✦ Track customer adoption against the original plan post go-live and monitor key product adoption metrics.
✦ Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams such as Solution Engineers (SE), Professional Services (PS), Customer Success Managers (CSM), and supporting Sales & Distribution (S&D) teams to resolve issues.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of experience.
✦ 10+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or related fields, preferably within the SaaS landscape.
✦ Salesforce implementation experience is mandatory.
✦ Proficiency in Salesforce product suite with understanding of capabilities and best practices.
✦ Experience in managing projects with understanding of project management methodology.
✦ Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence effectively.
✦ Ability to navigate complex discussions, handle objections, and drive alignment.
✦ Academic degree or equivalent experience with preference for candidates having cloud software implementation experience.
✦ Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
