Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI-driven data migration strategies for Salesforce and Data Cloud.

✦   Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting and transforming data from ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.

✦   Apply AI techniques for data quality, deduplication, entity resolution, and anomaly detection during migration.

✦   Architect Salesforce Data Cloud data models including Data Model Objects, data streams, and calculated insights.

✦   Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to define migration requirements and transformation rules.

✦   Develop automated testing frameworks to validate data accuracy and consistency.

✦   Implement data governance, lineage tracking, and compliance controls across migration lifecycle.

✦   Use MuleSoft, Data Loader, Salesforce CLI, and APIs for data integration and movement.

✦   Monitor and optimize data pipelines and troubleshoot failures.

✦   Create technical documentation including runbooks, data dictionaries, and architecture diagrams.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience in data architecture.

✦   At least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce data migration or Data Cloud implementation.

✦   Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce data model.

✦   Experience with AI tools for data quality, entity matching, or transformation.

✦   Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.

✦   Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

✦   Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices.

✦   Preferred experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or Platform Developer certifications.

✦   Familiarity with AI/ML tools and LLM integration is a plus.

✦   Experience with distributed Agile teams preferred.

✦   Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or lakehouse architectures is an advantage.
