Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead, coach, and support Salesforce engineers and QA profiles within Agile squads.
✦ Own onboarding, performance feedback, development plans, and career progression activities.
✦ Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
✦ Ensure team engagement, stability, and retention.
✦ Participate in sourcing and hiring new team members with HR and leadership.
✦ Assess technical and behavioral fit during interviews.
✦ Support workforce planning and staffing needs.
✦ Act as primary point of contact for offshore delivery partners.
✦ Ensure clear expectations and ways of working with external partners.
✦ Drive communication and escalation for delivery issues.
✦ Align Agile squads with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
✦ Provide visibility on team health, staffing, and risks.
Job Requirements:
✦ 8–12 years of IT experience with people management responsibilities.
✦ Experience managing engineers or QA teams in Agile environments.
✦ Experience with offshore or external delivery partners is a plus.
✦ Exposure to Salesforce platforms is highly valued.
✦ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
✦ Experience in team development, career management, and performance management.
✦ Strong communication skills in an international environment.
✦ Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
✦ Experience in global organizations is an advantage.
