Job Responsibilities:

✦   Responsible for leading development, testing, release, and operations of Salesforce.com platform applications.

✦   Manage technical team including onsite and offshore tech leads, project managers, DevOps engineers, developers, QA engineers, and administrators.

✦   Oversee day-to-day release team activities and ensure adherence to enterprise standards, QA processes, and continuous improvement.

✦   Develop delivery plans, manage dependencies, track risks, and ensure alignment across teams for release timelines.

✦   Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.

✦   Ensure teams have required access, tools, and processes to complete work and remove impediments.

✦   Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle policies and procedures.

✦   Optimize delivery processes for scalability and repeatability.

✦   Track solution quality, production operations, and report operational metrics.

✦   Perform capacity planning and resource optimization.

✦   Provide technical expertise in Salesforce solution architecture and contribute to enterprise ecosystem design.

✦   Support technical roadmap and influence stakeholders to adopt Salesforce platform improvements.

✦   Stay updated on Salesforce releases and identify technical debt remediation opportunities.

✦   Build proof of concepts (POCs) using Salesforce technologies.

✦   Mentor and supervise technical teams and evaluate performance.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in application development, or equivalent experience.

✦   Master’s degree with 7 years or PhD with 3 years of experience accepted.

✦   6+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and enterprise delivery.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and preferred Health Cloud.

✦   Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant, Platform Developer).

✦   Strong knowledge of SDLC and enterprise architecture principles.

✦   Experience in large-scale Salesforce projects, solution design, and delivery.

✦   Hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, and integrations.

✦   Experience with DevOps CI/CD in Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Understanding of pharmaceutical domain preferred.

✦   Experience with scalable and maintainable Salesforce architecture.
