Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, write program code, test, document, and implement application systems according to customer requirements and organizational standards.

✦   Respond to production issues and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas.

✦   Apply software development and testing knowledge to solve technical problems.

✦   Collaborate with engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams to communicate project status and solutions.

✦   Document system and application details for future maintenance and upgrades.

✦   Analyze user needs and develop software solutions accordingly.

✦   Identify and resolve issues during design, testing, and maintenance phases.

✦   Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.

✦   Design system specifications, standards, and programming solutions.

✦   Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

✦   Continuously improve technical capabilities through learning and professional development.

Job Requirements:

✦   Intermediate knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and technologies.

✦   Experience with at least one programming language.

✦   Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide viable solutions.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams.

✦   Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver results consistently.

✦   Ability to mentor junior developers.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred.

✦   Must be authorized to work in the United States.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
