Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nCustomize and configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules to meet evolving business requirements.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.\nParticipate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to gather and analyze requirements and propose optimal solutions.\nPerform data migration, data cleansing, and data integration activities while ensuring data integrity and security.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and performance.\nMaintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.\nStay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.\nSupport deployment activities and CI/CD processes using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, or similar technologies.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Apex Programming, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Lightning Framework, SOQL and SOSL.\nExperience in Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and external systems.\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git and deployment tools.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and governor limits.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II and Salesforce Administrator Certification.\nExperience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nKnowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern front-end development practices.\nExperience working in multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).”,
