Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work on Salesforce Service Cloud along with Omni Channel, routing, and debugging test cases.

✦   Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce Web Services APIs such as SOAP, REST, Bulk API, and Metadata API.

✦   Build solutions using Aura, LWC, and JavaScript.

✦   Develop integrations with third-party applications and AppExchange products.

✦   Ensure systems are highly available, scalable, and secure.

✦   Communicate technical requirements and design work to engineers and business stakeholders.

✦   Work on Salesforce deployment processes including CI/CD and Jenkins.

✦   Comply with change management policies to ensure data integrity and system stability.

Job Requirements:

✦   6-10 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud with Omni Channel, routing, and debugging test cases.

✦   5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs such as SOAP, REST, Bulk API, and Metadata API.

✦   5+ years of hands-on experience in Aura, LWC, and JavaScript programming.

✦   Experience building Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and AppExchange products.

✦   Experience working in highly available, scalable, and secure systems.

✦   Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Experience in Salesforce deployment processes (CI/CD, Jenkins).

✦   Knowledge of change management policies.

✦   Salesforce Service Cloud or Architect certifications.

✦   Expertise in data management including SQL, RDBMS technologies, and SOA design principles.
