Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules to meet evolving business requirements.

✦   Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

✦   Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to gather and analyze requirements and propose optimal solutions.

✦   Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data integration activities while ensuring data integrity and security.

✦   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and performance.

✦   Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.

✦   Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.

✦   Support deployment activities and CI/CD processes using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, or similar technologies.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

✦   Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Apex Programming, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Lightning Framework, SOQL and SOSL.

✦   Experience in Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and external systems.

✦   Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and deployment tools.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and governor limits.

✦   Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

✦   Strong verbal and written communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II and Salesforce Administrator Certification are preferred.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

✦   Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern front-end development practices.

✦   Experience working in multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
