Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, write program code, test, document, and implement application systems in accordance with customer requirements, organizational methodologies, and standards.

✦   Respond to production problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas.

✦   Collaborate with engineers to apply best practices and improve technology delivery.

✦   Work with customers and cross-functional teams to communicate project status and proposals.

✦   Document system and application components for future maintenance and upgrades.

✦   Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet requirements.

✦   Identify and resolve issues during design, testing, and maintenance phases.

✦   Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.

✦   Design system specifications, standards, and programming solutions.

✦   Mentor junior team members.

✦   Continuously improve technical skills through training and professional development.

Job Requirements:

✦   Intermediate knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and technologies.

✦   Ability to apply software development and testing knowledge to solve technical problems.

✦   Experience with at least one programming language.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams.

✦   Ability to analyze complex business or technical problems and propose solutions.

✦   Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver results.

✦   Ability to mentor junior engineers.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

✦   Intermediate-level experience in software engineering.
