Job Responsibilities:

✦   Independently design, build, and deliver medium/high complexity stories using standard estimation methods.

✦   Own medium-complex modules; perform PoCs, grooming, and present design options. Participate in solutioning and PoCs with option analysis.

✦   Engage and mentor junior team members, perform code reviews, and coordinate with onshore/client teams.

✦   Define release management strategy, pipeline management, and repository integration with DevOps. Drive meetings and support status reporting.

✦   Configure and extend Agentforce/GenAI components and perform PoCs for GenAI-powered features.

✦   Support technical solutioning and mentor analysts on technical tasks.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 – 6 years of hands-on consulting or industry experience.

✦   Minimum 2 years of Salesforce.com experience.

✦   Ability to understand functional requirements and develop technical solutions in Salesforce.

✦   Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to analyze and identify gaps in business/functional requirements and communicate effectively.

✦   Capability to assess impact on technical designs due to changes in requirements.

✦   Experience performing independent code reviews and unit testing.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce development tools such as VS Code, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and SFDX.

✦   Experience with integration and configuration.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer certifications and domain certifications are preferred.

✦   BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) or equivalent degree.
