Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work on Salesforce Service Cloud including Omni Channel, routing, and debugging test cases.

✦   Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications and AppExchange products.

✦   Communicate technical requirements and design to engineering and business stakeholders.

✦   Manage Salesforce deployments using CI/CD and tools like Jenkins.

✦   Ensure compliance with change management policies for data integrity and system stability.

Job Requirements:

✦   6-10 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

✦   5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs including SOAP, REST, Bulk API, and Metadata API.

✦   5+ years of experience in Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

✦   Experience building integrations with third-party applications.

✦   Experience working with scalable and secure systems.

✦   Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins.

✦   Knowledge of data management, SQL, RDBMS, and SOA design principles.

✦   Salesforce Service Cloud or Architect certifications preferred.

✦   Any graduate.
