Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations).

✦   Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.

✦   Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce and other tools as needed.

✦   Develop and maintain custom objects, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver quality business solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce experience required.

✦   Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

✦   Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.

✦   Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.

✦   Knowledge of XML, Java, JSP and other relevant software.

✦   Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc.
