Job Responsibilities:

✦   Plan, design, develop, and maintain multiple complex Salesforce implementations.

✦   Collaborate across multiple scrum teams and follow development, testing, and deployment practices on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve issues using defined problem management procedures.

✦   Support and maintain customer applications.

✦   Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure the quality of deliverables from the team.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of technical expertise on Salesforce.com using Force.com Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant, and related tools.

✦   At least 1.5 years of experience in Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components).

✦   Hands-on experience with customization (Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, and flows).

✦   Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with Apex APIs, triggers, flows, workflows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Experience in org/data migration projects from legacy systems to Salesforce.

✦   Expertise in data migration tools and techniques.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations.

✦   Experience with full lifecycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licenses.

✦   Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, design, and architectural patterns.

✦   Experience with MuleSoft is preferred.

✦   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification is required.
